This week on X, I posted a few articles that I found online. The most interest one I shared was an article from sciencedaily.com that shared research about how dogs can understand that some words 'stand for' certain objects. I think this article could also be an interesting supplement to my research about dog cognition. I also found a few interesting articles such as a story on runaway zebras in Washington, research showing that bumblebee queens can survive for days underwater, and an article on a researcher who is saving bears with honey. On X, I also followed a few new reserachers, specifically one who focuses on aging in dogs, which will also supplement my research.
I am really enjoying the content of this class as it has opened my eyes to a new area of the internet and of scientific research. It's very eye opening to read some of the amazing reserach that so many people globally have devoted their lives to. We are so lucky to live in a time where research has become so advanced, and we have the ability to access publications from anywhere and build on each other's ideas.

Hey! I like your Blog post! I'm glad you are finding Twitter to be a useful platform for finding interesting research and researchers. I feel like dogs know more word to object correlations than we think...my dog knows crazy words like "rice" or even our family member's names!
